- Fixed the issue unable to login to more than 12 targets using IP Alias.
- Affinitized the interrupt to the rx processing.

NVMe-oF Offload Initiator:
- Fixed the issue need to print error message if source IP is not configured.

BASE:
- Incremental timeout to handle cases where peer takes more time to link up in 
  non-AN case (fibre cable).
- Update DCBX status when DCBX TLVs are removed from switch.
- Treat Lookuptyp in EXACT_MAC command as "don't care".
- Fixed PTP register misconfiguration during frequency adjustment.
  
ETH:
- Fixed a regression which was causing all ingress IPv6 packets to endup in
  default queue.
- Fixed setting FW_PORT_CAP32_802_3_ASM_DIR, and FW_PORT_CAP32_802_3_PAUSE
  bits when cable is removed. This was causing flood of "Requested Port
  Capabilities exceed Physical Port Capabilities" in driver.
- Remove support for IPv6 site local addresses (RFC 4291, section 2.5.7
  deprecated site local addresses).

OFLD:
- Fixed a hang when connection runs into backpressure during RDMA_FINI handling.
- [T6] Coprocessor and inline toe-tls hang issues fixed.
- TOE-TLS: Ignore FW_ULPX_WR if connection is in close state.

Native Network (NIC)
-------------------

- 38105: only a max of 16 VF's supported per port in case of two port adapter.

- 38071: Winodws VM with T5 SR-IOV VF is not supported.

- 37629: Need GENEVE support.

- 36014: Unloading cxl driver on host with VFs attached is not recommended. 

- 35033: Need DCB support.

- 34022: IPv6 ping fails on NIC interface in VM when VM has both SR-IOV and NIC 
         interfaces.

- 33990: Errors observed on 25G link connected to mellanox Switch.

NOTE: The errors are seen only with this switch. To workaround it, Enable RS FEC 
      on the Chelsio port using cxgbtool.

iSCSI Offload Initiator

- 38399: Intermittent PSOD on logging into targets or on rebooting the machine.

- 37079: need iscsi initiator support for "IPv6 Router Advertisement Configuration" 
        and "IPv6 Linklocal Auto Configuration".
 

iSER Offload Initiator
----------------------

- 39238: Include tids/iwarp stats/memory /eps/qps counters.

- 39203: Repetaed togglin of VMkernel interface with iSER targets logged in is 
         not supported. 
 

NVMe-oF Offload Initiator
-------------------------

- 39647: warnings and timeouts seen while rediscovering controllers.
